Is Circuit Training suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every exercise can be adapted to your fitness level, and we’ll show you exactly how to perform each movement. To help you settle in, beginners are usually positioned behind a more experienced participant, making it easy to follow the exercises while receiving support and encouragement throughout the class.
Is it very high intensity?
Our IRIE Circuit Training classes are designed to challenge you without overwhelming you. You choose the resistance and pace that suit you, while your instructor helps you progress safely.
What if I have back pain or another injury?
Many people join our classes to help prevent back pain and injuries. However, every situation is different, so if you have a medical condition, recent injury or persistent pain, please get in touch before booking. We’ll be happy to advise whether the class is suitable for you.
Do I have to be able to run or jump?
No. This is a low-impact exercise class, so you won’t find jumping jacks or burpees here.
